Business Analyst

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify business opportunities, and help improve processes to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and operations
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, and systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or analytics (GA4, GTM)
• Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations
