Challenges We Faced

  • Implementing the Quiz Section
    Our client wanted each course to include a 10-question quiz at the end of every lesson. To meet this requirement, we developed custom functionality and integrated the necessary plugins. Plus, Thrive agency requested a quiz retake feature with a time limit. 
    To enhance user control, we implemented an admin-approved retake request system, allowing users to request a retake and enabling admins to approve or deny these requests.
  • Course Expiration Reminder Emails
    The client needed an automated email system to remind users 10 days before their course expired. The main challenge was collecting real-time data on active course subscribers, which proved time-consuming. Once the data was retrieved, we simplified the process by scheduling emails based on the course assignment or subscription date, ensuring timely notifications.
  • Button Functionality in the Quiz Section
    Another challenge was implementing button placement options in the quiz section. The client required flexibility in positioning buttons at the top, bottom, or left of the interface. Our team tackled this by applying custom development methods, allowing precise control over button placement for an improved user experience.
